Mete Tuncay
Responsible Gambling
Mete is holding university grades as social worker and systemic counsellor & therapist. Mete is one of the most proficient trainers for responsible gaming courses and workshops (on operational as well as management level) in Austria, Germany and Malta. His interactive workshops, counselling and consulting is always action-oriented and emotion-focused.

Nikolas Lotz
Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR
With a strong academic background and practical experience in various facets of risk management, AML and compliance, Nikolas brings a unique perspective to both AML and Data Protections trainings. His passion lies in educating and training as well as empowering professionals in the field of AML and Data Protection to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks effectively.

Michele Magro
Anti-Money Laundering
Michele is a legal & compliance professional with a focus on gambling law compliance, commercial law and AML/CFT. Previously, Michele spent ten years in the public sector, most recently as Technical Advisor to the CEO at the Malta Financial Services Authority, and Chief Counsel - International Affairs & Policy at the Malta Gaming Authority, where he was also Chairman of the Supervisory Council. During his time at the MGA, Michele also sat on the Board of Directors of the Gambling Regulators European Forum.

Melissa McElhatton
Responsible Gambling
Mel graduated as a social worker from the University of Malta in 2016, and has a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute Malta (GPTIM). Mel has over 8 years of experience working directly with people experiencing addictions – including gambling addiction. Through these experiences, they began to see addiction through more holistic eyes, which they try to implement in their practice and trainings.
